I painted this to be funny. However looking back at it now, it was a great intro into a look at caricature and the juxtaposition of serious vs exaggeration. It’s as if Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome, was also one of the USA’s top five best presidents.- This work won an Honorable Mention at the 2016 student works exhibition from Spiers Gallery at Brevard College.
